Forwarded Outlook Accounts: Master Mail & Catch-All

By James McmartensUpdated September 16, 2026Email Forwarding Guide

Yes, we offer forwarded Outlook accounts on request. Incoming mail can be forwarded to your master mailbox or to an address on your catch-all domain. Ask on Discord or Telegram before ordering: support will confirm your destination, account quantity and custom setup details.

This guide explains the two destination options, what to include in your request, and how to check the setup after delivery. If you only need ordinary mailbox credentials, start with the Outlook account packages.

What are forwarded Outlook accounts?

A forwarded Outlook account is a mailbox configured to pass incoming messages to another email address. The source address remains an Outlook mailbox; the destination is where you want to collect its incoming mail. This lets you review messages in a central inbox rather than checking every source mailbox separately.

Forwarding is about receiving mail. It does not grant permission to send as each source address, increase sending limits, or include an API subscription. Our Outlook accounts are PVA (phone-verified accounts), but phone verification and forwarding are separate features.

Option 1: Forward Outlook accounts to your master mailbox

Choose a master mailbox when you want one destination for incoming messages from several Outlook accounts. For example, a small team may want project notifications together in one inbox while keeping the original project addresses separate.

Give support the exact destination email address and the number of Outlook mailboxes to configure. Decide how you will identify each source when messages arrive: request a small sample first and check the recipient information before planning your folders or filters. Use a destination you control and keep access limited to the people who need those messages.

Option 2: Forward to an address on your catch-all domain

A catch-all destination collects mail addressed to otherwise undefined addresses on a domain you control, if your email host supports that configuration. You can request Outlook forwarding to a concrete address on that domain, with the destination host routing the message into your central mailbox.

For example, you might request separate destination addresses for separate projects. Tell support whether every Outlook mailbox should use the same destination or whether you need a source-to-destination mapping. Confirm your domain already receives mail at those addresses before requesting setup.

Outlook forwarding and catch-all hosting are different. This service does not give you control of the Outlook.com domain or create a catch-all for arbitrary Outlook addresses. The catch-all belongs on your own receiving domain.

How to request forwarded Outlook accounts

  1. Contact support first. Use our Discord server or Telegram support and say you need forwarded Outlook accounts.
  2. Specify quantity and destination. State how many accounts you need, your master email or catch-all destination, and any per-account mapping.
  3. Confirm the access format. Ask for Standard credentials or the Full OAuth + recovery format according to your separate access needs. Read the delivery-format FAQ if you are deciding.
  4. Agree on the custom order. Confirm availability, setup cost, delivery time, whether source copies should be retained, and replacement terms before paying. Standard package prices are not a quote for forwarding setup.

Start your message with: “I need Outlook accounts forwarded to my master mailbox or catch-all domain. Quantity: [number]. Destination type: [master mailbox or catch-all]. Please confirm the setup price, delivery time and available credential format.” Share destination details privately with support, not in a public channel, and never post your master mailbox password.

What to test after delivery

Send a non-sensitive test message to each source mailbox and verify that it reaches the intended destination. Check spam folders, the source-to-destination mapping and whether a copy stays in the source inbox. Test replies separately if your workflow needs them; receiving a forwarded message is not the same as having send-as access.

Microsoft documents an option to retain source copies, and Outlook.com may ask you to enable two-step verification when turning on forwarding. See Microsoft’s Outlook.com forwarding instructions. Keep the receiving mailbox available and recheck delivery after changing account settings.

Forwarded Outlook account FAQs

Do you have forwarded Outlook accounts?

Yes. Outlook accounts can be configured to forward incoming mail to your master mailbox or to an address on your catch-all domain. This is a custom request: ask us on Discord or Telegram before ordering so we can confirm the destination, quantity, setup cost and delivery time.

Can multiple Outlook accounts forward to one master email?

Yes. You can request a shared destination mailbox for your Outlook accounts. Send support the quantity and destination address, and confirm the setup before placing your order.

Can you forward Outlook mail to a catch-all domain?

Yes. Request forwarding to a specific address on a catch-all domain you control. Catch-all routing is handled by your destination email host; it does not turn Outlook.com into a catch-all domain.

Is forwarding included with every Outlook package?

Forwarding is a custom setup, not an automatic feature of every standard package. Ask on Discord or Telegram for availability, pricing, credential format and delivery time before paying.

Does forwarding include OAuth or recovery mailbox access?

Forwarding, OAuth credentials and recovery mailbox access are separate requirements. Tell support whether you need Standard login credentials or the Full OAuth + recovery format as well as forwarding.
