Outlook.fr account buying guide
What is included?
Every Outlook.fr package is delivered in the OAuth format, one account per line: email:password:oauth_token:client_id:recovery_mail. Each address ends in @outlook.fr. The OAuth token and client ID let your app sign in through Microsoft's OAuth flow for IMAP or Microsoft Graph without the password. The recovery mail field is filled where available.
Using the API access
Use the client ID and token with Microsoft's OAuth endpoints, then connect with OAuth IMAP (outlook.office365.com, port 993) or Microsoft Graph. If you only need a Microsoft mailbox and no regional domain, the Outlook.com packages start at a lower price.
Before ordering
A regional address does not change Microsoft's sending limits or verification checks. Test one account with your app first, and contact support if you need a different format.

Do Outlook.fr accounts include API access?
Yes. Every Outlook.fr package is delivered in the OAuth format with an OAuth token and client ID for each mailbox, so you can sign in through Microsoft's OAuth flow for IMAP or Graph. There is no cheaper password-only option for this domain.
Is the recovery mail always included?
The recovery mail field is filled where available. The email, password, OAuth token and client ID are always included.
What is the difference to Outlook.com accounts?
The address ends in @outlook.fr instead of @outlook.com, and API access is always included. Mailbox features and Microsoft's sending limits are the same.
Are these PVA accounts?
Phone verification (PVA) is not promised for Outlook.fr packages. What is included is the OAuth token and client ID for API sign-in.
