1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services offered by Buy Mail Store ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service — Reseller Status

Buy Mail Store is a reseller of email and social-media accounts only. We do not create, register, generate, or operate any email or social-media account ourselves, and we do not own or control any email or social-media platform. All accounts offered through our Service are sourced from independent third-party suppliers, from whom we purchase them as finished digital goods and resell them to you on an "as-is" basis, subject to the warranties and rights described in these Terms.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to Microsoft, Outlook.com, GMX, Mailo, or any other email or social-media provider whose services may be referenced on this website. All provider names, trademarks, and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive and identification purposes only.

3. Supplier Representations

Our suppliers represent to us, and we pass on to you without independent verification, that the accounts we resell are:

Fresh and unused — not previously used for sending, marketing, or any other activity prior to delivery;
Not registered under any real person's identity — no genuine personal names, identity documents, or personal data of real individuals are used in their creation;
Free of third-party personal data — the accounts contain no correspondence, contacts, files, or personal information belonging to any other person.

Because we do not create these accounts, these statements are supplier representations rather than warranties by Buy Mail Store. We make no independent representation as to how any account was created, registered, or provisioned. If you require assurances about the origin of an account, do not purchase from our Service.

4. Account Warranties and Disclaimer

We offer a voluntary replacement warranty for email and social-media accounts: for the warranty period stated on the product page, if a delivered account fails to log in and the failure is not attributable to your own use, we will replace it free of charge in accordance with our Refund & Warranty Policy, which sets out the full voluntary coverage and procedure. Replacement is the remedy offered under this voluntary warranty, not your exclusive remedy under applicable law.

For initial-delivery issues, the one-hour reporting period described in that policy forms part of our voluntary replacement/warranty procedure only. It does not shorten the stated warranty period for issues that arise later or limit any statutory rights, remedies, or claim periods that may not lawfully be excluded or restricted.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, and except for our voluntary warranty and any rights or warranties that may not lawfully be excluded, all products are supplied "as is" and "as available", without additional warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or continued access. Subject to those preserved rights and warranties, we do not guarantee that any account will remain active, that any provider will not suspend, restrict, or terminate it, or that any account will be suitable for any particular platform, service, or purpose.

5. Your Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You are solely responsible for how you use any account you purchase, and for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws and with the terms of service of the relevant email or social-media provider and of any platform on which you use the account. You agree not to use accounts purchased from our Service for:

Sending unsolicited commercial messages (spam) or bulk unsolicited mail
Fraud, phishing, impersonation, or identity theft
Illegal activities of any kind under any applicable jurisdiction
Harassing, abusing, threatening, or defaming others
Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful content
Circumventing security measures, bans, or account restrictions of any platform
Any activity that violates the email or social-media provider's or any third party's terms

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of service and loss of coverage under our voluntary replacement warranty for issues caused by that violation. Refunds remain subject to Section 7 and applicable law, and rights that may not lawfully be excluded or restricted remain unaffected. You acknowledge that any consequence of misuse — including account suspension, platform bans, civil claims, or regulatory action — is your sole responsibility to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Buy Mail Store, its owners, operators, employees, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use or misuse of any account purchased through our Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your violation of any third party's rights or terms of service.

7. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors. Except where otherwise required by applicable law, completed digital deliveries are generally non-refundable. We offer replacements for covered non-functioning accounts under our voluntary warranty; refund eligibility and the request procedure are described in our Refund & Warranty Policy.

Nothing in these Terms or our Refund & Warranty Policy excludes or restricts any statutory right to a refund, withdrawal, or other remedy that may not lawfully be excluded or restricted. Any loss of a statutory withdrawal right for digital delivery applies only where the requirements of applicable law, including any required express consent, acknowledgment, and confirmation, have been met; accepting these Terms alone does not waive that right.

8. Delivery

Account credentials will be delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order volume and supplier availability. Buy Mail Store is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processing, supplier delays, or an incorrect delivery address supplied by you.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Buy Mail Store website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Buy Mail Store and is protected by copyright laws. Third-party marks referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Buy Mail Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of our Service or of any account purchased through it — including any suspension, termination, or loss of access imposed by an email or social-media provider or any other platform.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to Buy Mail Store for the specific product giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that may not lawfully be excluded or restricted.

11. Third-Party Actions

Email and social-media providers may modify their policies, verification requirements, or enforcement practices at any time without notice. Buy Mail Store has no control over actions taken by an email or social-media provider, payment processor, supplier, or other third party in relation to an account, including suspension, deletion, password resets, or additional verification demands made after delivery. Subject to our voluntary warranty and any obligations imposed by applicable law, we accept no responsibility for those third-party actions.

12. Severability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any consumer rights, statutory guarantees, remedies, or other rights that may not lawfully be excluded or restricted. Those rights take precedence over any conflicting provision of these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Changes to Terms

Buy Mail Store reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. This choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections that apply under applicable law, including those of your country of residence where applicable.
