Every address in the suppression file is treated as an exclusion, regardless of other fields. This does not determine consent or inspect subscription-status columns in the campaign file.

How it works

Choose a campaign CSV and a separate suppression CSV. Every email in the second file is treated as an exclusion.

Select the email column in each file. Review case-matching behavior; malformed suppression entries stop the export rather than being ignored.

Save the remaining contacts and removal report. Remaining contacts are not automatically subscribed or eligible for outreach; apply current platform permission checks.
First-version limits
Two files, 5 MB each, 10 MB combined, 50,000 combined data rows and 100 columns per file. Basic ASCII/punycode addresses. Exact address matching with optional case folding; no plus-tag or dot removal, mailbox checks or subscription-status interpretation.
File contents are held in memory for this tool session, not saved to browser storage. Use Clear data or leave the tool to release them. Downloads remain on your device. Ordinary site cookie settings still apply; the toolkit adds no file-content analytics.
