How it works

Export your marketing contacts from your CRM or email platform as CSV. Keep names, companies, list sources and subscription-status columns. For plain address lists, turn off the header option.

Select the email column, check duplicates and review formatting issues. Your other contact fields stay intact; the tool never changes subscription status.

Save the cleaned contacts and review report, then import into your campaign platform. Apply its suppression lists and consent checks before sending; cleanup does not make an address eligible for outreach.
First-version limits
Up to 5 MB, 50,000 data rows and 100 columns. Basic ASCII/punycode address syntax only. No DNS lookups, mailbox-existence checks or deliverability promises. Quoted and internationalized local parts go to review.
File contents are held in memory for this tool session, not saved to browser storage. Use Clear data or leave the tool to release them. Downloads remain on your device. Ordinary site cookie settings still apply; the toolkit adds no file-content analytics.
