Duplicate filenames get a numbered suffix. Unknown dates are excluded when a date filter is active. Inline detection uses email metadata, not image recognition.

How it works

Save or export your messages as .eml files first. This tool does not connect to Gmail or Outlook or download your inbox.

Choose the EML files and scan. Filter by sender, extension or date, and decide whether to include inline content.

Create a ZIP grouped by source email or in one folder. The included CSV report maps exported filenames to their original messages.

First-version limits

Up to 100 EML files, 10 MB each, 50 MB total and 2,000 attachments per batch. MSG, PST, OST, MBOX and ZIP inputs are not supported yet. Attached emails are exported as EML, not recursively unpacked. Password-protected contents stay protected.

File contents are held in memory for this tool session, not saved to browser storage. Use Clear data or leave the tool to release them. Downloads remain on your device. Ordinary site cookie settings still apply; the toolkit adds no file-content analytics.
