THE WAY WE WORK
BuyMailStore is an online storefront for email and social account packages. Our customers need clear information about products, orders, delivery, and troubleshooting. That is where you come in.
We are looking for someone competent, patient, and reliable—not someone chasing ticket counts. Requests are currently infrequent, but consistent coverage matters when a customer needs us.
Check messages at least every 5 minutes during your shift. Quiet periods are part of the role; dependable availability is the priority.
Listen carefully, write helpful English replies, and follow up. Ask the team when a case needs a second pair of eyes.
We welcome applicants in Asia and South America who can reliably cover an agreed European or US time window.

Low request volume, with inbox checks at least every 5 minutes during the full scheduled shift.
10-hour shifts, 5 days per week (50 scheduled hours), with 2 days off each week. Coverage is needed during European and US hours. Exact shift times, time zone, break arrangements, and days off are agreed before you start.
The advertised pay is USD $400 per month for the schedule above. Engagement terms, payment arrangements, breaks, and any applicable local employment requirements will be confirmed before an offer is agreed.
